◅ Our Mission ▻

Strengthening Families | Restoring Balance

Holistic Family-Centered Care

We believe that too often families are excluded from the care of substance use and mental health issues. Our approach is rooted in the understanding that substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and family dynamics are interconnected.

Encouragement and Validation

Recovery and healing are a journey, and when discord affects a family system, it's natural to look for someone to blame. We understand that hurt, fear, and anger often accompany challenges related to substance use, mental health, or other behavioral concerns. Rather than focusing on assigning fault, we strive to help families build resilience through a positive approach that identifies and nurtures the inherent strengths and gifts within each family member.

Compassionate, Evidence-Based Practices

Our team combines compassionate care with evidence-based practices to deliver an effective, individualized approach. Whether addressing substance use, mental health, or family relationship concerns, we utilize methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and motivational interviewing in our approach.

◅ Mental Health ▻

Crisis Navigation

Our Crisis Navigation Service steps into the heart of your family’s toughest moments—when a loved one is facing severe mental health or addiction challenges. We sit with you, honor that every situation is unique, and collaboratively craft a personalized, creative plan that often isn’t obvious at first. Together we outline clear next steps, then provide experienced crisis workers onsite to help execute the plan and guide your family toward stability and hope.

Mental Health Intervention

We are deeply aware that mental health interventions often require a more creative and flexible approach than traditional models. After working with hundreds of families in crisis, we’ve seen firsthand that there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution. Drawing on this experience, we continuously develop thoughtful, outside-the-box strategies that meet each situation with the nuance and care it deserves.

Our Mental Health Intervention service supports families when concerns around mental health have become overwhelming and difficult to navigate alone. We work alongside you to better understand what’s been happening, bring clarity to the situation, and outline thoughtful next steps.

Through a collaborative approach, we help shape a personalized plan that considers both the individual and the broader family dynamic. When appropriate, we assist in preparing for and guiding important conversations, while also coordinating care and connecting you with the right resources.

Mental Health Companion

Our Mental Health Companion Service provides experienced, clinically informed on-site support during critical transition periods—before, during, and after treatment. When situations become too complex or unsafe for family members to manage alone, our trained staff step in to be a steady, supportive presence.

We often step into situations where a client is highly acute, experiencing symptoms such as psychosis or mania. In these moments, we provide a calm, safe presence in the room—someone who can help the individual feel seen and heard, even when they are not in a clear headspace. We work alongside the family and care team to ensure their loved one is safe, supported, and moving toward stability and consistency. Our role is to help maintain safety, reduce stress on the family, and ensure continuity of care during times that can feel uncertain or overwhelming.

◅ Substance Use Disorders ▻

Substance Use Intervention

Substance use rarely follows a predictable path, and neither should the approach to addressing it. We understand that effective intervention is not one-size-fits-all—each situation requires its own level of timing, strategy, and care. Our work is grounded in meeting individuals where they are, while helping families navigate the uncertainty that often comes with addiction.

We support families when substance use has escalated beyond what they can manage on their own, bringing structure and clarity to what can feel like a chaotic and emotional situation. Whether someone is resistant to treatment, cycling through crises, or struggling to follow through with care, we help create a path forward that is both realistic and actionable.

When appropriate, we guide and facilitate intervention conversations, coordinate with treatment providers, and support the transition into care. Our focus is on creating meaningful openings for change while helping families move toward greater stability, safety, and long-term recovery.

Substance Use Companion

Our Substance Use Companion Service provides experienced, hands-on support during critical periods before, during, and after treatment. When maintaining sobriety feels fragile or overwhelming, our trained staff offer a consistent, grounded presence to help individuals stay on track.

This service is specifically focused on the day-to-day reality of early recovery—helping clients manage cravings, navigate triggers, and remain accountable in moments where the pull of substance use is strongest. We provide steady, around-the-clock support and human connection during a time when isolation and impulsivity can quickly lead to relapse.

Whether someone is preparing to enter treatment, actively engaged in care, or transitioning back into daily life, we work to create structure, stability, and continuity—helping bridge the gap between clinical support and real-world recovery.

Comprehensive Aftercare

The transition out of treatment is often where the greatest challenges begin. Many individuals and families experience a disconnect when trying to apply what was learned in treatment to real-life environments, increasing the risk of relapse.

Our Aftercare Support service focuses on bridging that gap. Drawing on data-informed models and deep connections within the recovery community, we help clients implement sustainable routines, maintain accountability, and stay engaged with the most effective resources available. The goal is to turn progress made in treatment into lasting, everyday stability.

◅ What Families Often Ask ▻

If you’re here, something likely doesn’t feel right—and you’re trying to figure out what to do next. Most families reach this point after things have been building for a while—second guessing what they’re seeing, wondering if they’re overreacting, or hoping it might resolve on its own. That uncertainty is real, and it’s okay to not have it all figured out. You don’t have to sort through it alone.
